If your jewelry experiences an eligible issue — including manufacturing defects, unexpected breakage, significant loss of color, tarnishing, or problems with stones, clasps, or chains — contact us and we’ll work to make it right.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may repair your piece, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue store credit, at our discretion.

Our Lifetime Guarantee applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the eligible piece and is subject to the terms below.

What’s Covered

Eligible issues may include:

• Significant or premature loss of color or plating
• Significant tarnishing or discoloration
• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty clasps or closures
• Chains or links that break during normal use
• Stones that become loose or fall out during normal use
• Settings that fail during normal use
• Unexpected structural defects
• Other quality issues determined to be covered by our team

If a claim is approved, we may repair the jewelry, replace it with the same item, provide a comparable replacement, or issue store credit.

What’s Not Covered

Our Lifetime Guarantee is comprehensive, but it does not cover every circumstance.

Loss, Theft & Intentional Damage

• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Jewelry that has been intentionally damaged
• Attempts to obtain replacements for previously replaced or missing items

Severe Misuse

• Crushing, extreme impact, or excessive force
• Damage caused by improper third-party repairs or modifications
• Damage resulting from use clearly outside normal jewelry wear

Cosmetic Wear

• Minor scratches, dents, or marks that do not affect the functionality of the piece

Normal everyday wear will be assessed individually. Color loss, tarnishing and discoloration may be covered when our team determines that the deterioration is excessive or inconsistent with reasonable use.

How to File a Claim

Email support@avelynjewelry.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the jewelry and the issue
• A short description of what happened

Our team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible. In certain cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection before approving the claim.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by our support team. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval. Each claim is reviewed individually.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure we can continue offering our Lifetime Guarantee to all customers, Avelyn Jewelry reserves the right to limit or deny claims where there is evidence of:

• Fraudulent or abusive warranty claims
• Intentional damage
• Repeated claims that indicate misuse or abnormal treatment
• Unusually excessive warranty activity
• Attempts to obtain replacements for lost, stolen, or previously replaced items

We may request additional information or photographs when necessary to evaluate a claim.

The Fine Print

• Coverage period: Lifetime of the eligible jewelry while owned by the original purchaser.
• Available remedies: Repair, replacement, comparable replacement, or store credit, at Avelyn Jewelry’s discretion.
• Cash refunds: The Lifetime Guarantee does not provide cash refunds.
• Proof of purchase: We may require a valid Avelyn Jewelry order number or other proof of purchase.
• Availability: If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
• Claim assessment: All claims are subject to review and approval under this policy.
• Legal rights: This guarantee does not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
